Description:

The dead have come back to life and the world as we know it has come to an end. A lone talk-radio DJ is trapped in his broadcast booth, low on food and water, and dangling at the end of his sanity. All he has left is the sound of his own voice and the fading hope that there's actually someone still alive out there to hear him . . .

WE NOW PAUSE FOR STATION IDENTIFICATION is a new, original chapbook by Gary A. Braunbeck. This is Gary's first and only zombie story, printed as a 5-1/2" by 8-1/2" 24 page soft cover, saddle-stitched chapbook printed on very fine, resume weight paper and a card-stock cover with cover art by Chad Savage. The print run is limited to 500 copies, signed by Gary, and hand numbered. Retail cover price is $9.95. Shipping for this book is completely free when you order directly from Endeavor Press! This book will also be available from independent booksellers across the country.

The Lettered Edition will be a leather bound hardcover of only 26 copies, available directly from Endeavor Press, and a very few select independent retailers only. More information about the Lettered Edition will be released as it becomes available.

Author Bio:

Gary A. Braunbeck was born in the Year of the Rat and has been apologizing for it ever since. When he’s not out and about stopping strangers in the street and begging them to forgive him for his sins, he can usually be found holed up in his office writing stories and novels in any number of genres. His work has been nominated for the International Horror Guild Award (which it lost), and has won the Horror Writers’ Association Bram Stoker Award. Gary is also a Creative Writing instructor with Seton Hill University, where he teaches in an innovative Master's degree program in Writing Popular Fiction. He doesn’t get invited to many parties, which everyone agrees is for the best.
